Michael Pyne cf930b8e33 kdesvn-build is now included in Makefile.am, which means it's installed by ... default like the rest of the scripts. End aparteid between global options and module options. Now both types are stored in the same hash table, global options as the 'global' module. Strip newlines in the default qt-copy configure arguments, I can't help but think it will eventually break something. Comment some of my early design decisions so I don't try to replace @update_list and @build_list again.
