Michael Pyne 29a495c173 Add "use-stable-kde" option to make the /trunk version of kdesvn-build useful for building ... KDE 3.5. With this option enabled, kdesvn-build will act as kdesvn-build 0.97.x does, defaulting to versions of modules appropriate for building KDE 3.5. Also fixed the default value of 'apply-qt-patches' for Qt 4.
