Michael Pyne 050b27f0c1 Don't *always* add default modules to list. If the user specifies any, use ... those exclusively. Thanks to David Skidmore for the bug report. Also, I've hardcoded use-unsermake to false for qt-copy, which has the side effect of not forcing unsermake to download when all you're building is qt-copy.
