This won't be released, at least not in this form. But it's time to put
what we have out there and update all those old websites, READMEs, and
Wikis. This is the first step in that.
Moving ksb::Util required splitting out script version tracking to a
separate module, as ksb::Util was using the previously-global versionNum
variable automatically.
